So Mr Sunshine is definately shining.........

.....the surf has been pumping and the busy little bees at Cafe Irie have been very busy getting things ready for summer.  Art exhibition by Liz lever at Café Irie

An exhibition of work by local artist, Liz Lever, will be on show at Newquay’s Café Irie throughout April and May. The cafe’s top floor will be showcasing a selection of Liz’s figurative and abstract work. Lively and colourful studies of figures made in a range of media will be shown alongside monochrome abstract work featuring simple shapes derived from the Cornish landscape.Liz lives and works near Padstow. more information visit www.lizlever.co.uk

 Duelling kazoos are bringing more great live music on Tuesday 8th May

Charming songstress Katie Malco returns to the intimate surroundings of Cafe Irie in Newquay on Tuesday 8th May as she plays a number of Cornish dates. Also playing are fantastic Falmouth indie folk collective Tiger Years and pure hearted singer songwriter 'The Lion & The Wolf'. Oxfams big bra hunt at Cafe Irie....

When not in Cafe Irie, will probably be on some form of pushbike, or drinking tea.

Loves Surfing , outdoors & food. Constantly eating to maintain his 10st Cycle Weight!

jon

Jon loves tending to his veggies and looking after his bees when not whistling tunes in Iries kitchen.

He also loves Cornwall's incredible coast and country and tries his hardest not to be indoors too much.
